Island of Sandy Beaches and History

Rab is a small island off Croatia’s coast with a population under ten thousand people. The main town, Rabac, has stone buildings and quiet streets lined with shops that sell local crafts and fresh seafood. Ferries connect the island to the mainland and nearby islands, making travel simple for visitors. Many paths lead through olive groves and vineyards toward small beaches where water stays calm in summer. Rab feels relaxed compared to busier tourist spots, letting travelers enjoy daily life without crowds.
