Bangui-Mpoko International Airport serves as the main gateway to Central African Republic’s capital. Located about five kilometers from downtown, it handles most passenger and cargo flights in the region. The terminal provides basic amenities such as ticket counters, baggage claim and a small waiting area with seating. While facilities are modest compared to major global hubs, the airport maintains regular domestic routes and limited international connections. It plays an essential role in linking Bangui to neighboring countries and supporting regional travel for business and tourism.
